A more in-depth look at the Programs I offer:
7 Day Program - This is the minimum you can do. As the detox is most intense the first 4-6 days. You will not feel the benefits of the detox until after that. But when that first glimpse of what the change in your diet can do, you will never go back. The problem with most detoxes or diets is that they leave your body deprived of nutrients. That's why you crave when you're on a diet. This way of eating is so nutritious and filled with so many vitamins, minerals, enzymes, chlorophyll, alkaline, oxygen, etc. that you don't crave a single thing. You feel very content.
14 Day Program - You're still tired, you have ups and downs in your energy but now you really have a sense of how the foods are changing and healing you. I also begin to teach you how to do this diet yourself. The first week I do everything for you. You need to feel nurtured and cared for when you begin but after the second week your energy increases and you have much more a desire to learn how to continue on your own.
21 Day Program - You're well on your way to adapting back into your busy life this way of eating and juicing. It takes 21 days to change a habit and you are definitely feeling so great you don't want to go back. It now becomes easy to continue. You haven't healed all your toxins as it takes 7 years for all your cells to regenerate, (Deepak Chopra and others). But not to worry because at this point, the detoxifying process is much more subtle. You are now, allowing all the toxins, (which is unrecognizable to you at this point) to be drawn out of your cells and finally out of your body.
