Wheatgrass;
2oz. twice a day to drink, also used as an implant and for facials and healing wounds.

Green Juice;
16oz twice a day made from Sunflower Sprouts, Pea Sprouts, Celery & Cucumber.

Liquids;
Teas, Lemon Water along with regular Water, Flax Seed Water, Blue/Green Algae, Almond Milk, Buckwheat Milk, Coconut Milk, Watermelon Juice.

Sprouts;
Sunflower, Pea, Buckwheat, Adzuki, Mung, Clover, Fenugreek, Lentil, Alfalfa, White bean, and Chick Pea, Broccoli, etc.

Organic Vegetables;
All fresh, rich in enzymes and other nutrients.

Seaweed;
Dulce, Wakame and Kelp. Rich in protein, calcium, vitamin A, iron and iodine. Used for salads, vegetable sushi and dressings.

Nuts, Grains and Legumes;
Used for cereals, milks, salads, hummus, cookies and crackers or simply to eat raw after soaking.

Sauerkraut;
Made from scratch. Rich in probiotics will help to rebuild and maintain intestinal health and support the immune system.

Fruits;
Various berries and fresh fruits. Only served once a week.
